Prices of rooms are based on length of stay. We look forward to your inquiry and provide you with a quick quote. Child discounts on request.

The prices for 2025 are : Per person in double room with shower/WC / hair dryer / satellite TV/wifi , 10 % VAT, Wachauer buffet breakfast (plentiful on choice) and parking. The rooms are cleaned daily , single room on request , triple and quadruple rooms and children’s discount on request.

Arrival / Departure / Hotel Contract Conditions

check-in: 14 – 17.00
Please let us know in advance, if you may arrive later than 17:00, in this case we prepare the key safe (we share the code with you) for self check-in. This is also a great possibility for guests who like to arrive more flexible.
check-out: 07.30 – 10:00

General terms and conditions: we work according to the terms and conditions written in the Austrian Hotel conditions, which you can read here:

up to 4 days before arrival 50% payment of total cost
from 3 days before arrival 100% payment of total cost

Please note, e.g. bad weather forecast is not a condition for free cancellation.

Dog/Pets

Dog only on request, price per dog / day from Euro 10, -, without food. Please no dog in the breakfast room, beds or chairs. Bring some blanket or basket for your pet.

Hiking snack / Biking snack

Whoever wants a snack for his bike trip, his walk – or just to go home –  we can pack one. The lunch box consists 2 filled Wachauer Laberl (local bread), fruit, something sweet and can be ordered  the day before.
